I absolutely adore monday.com and have been a loyal user since its days as DaPulse. It's become such an integral part of my routine that I can't imagine functioning without it. I'm currently exploring the potential of Monday Sales CRM for our school, which could potentially involve a significant investment. I've reached out to them for a Zoom meeting, which they don't currently offer, but they were quick to suggest a phone call instead. Although there was a minor hiccup with the scheduled call, I'm confident it was a one-off situation. Their support may not be real-time, but I appreciate their effort to accommodate my needs. I get the sense that this company is genuinely interested in providing value for your investment. It's quite refreshing!

Overall, I'm impressed by the flexibility of monday-sales-crm to customize and track various aspects of my business. The learning curve is minimal and I'm still discovering more functionality. The challenge is in envisioning what can be done with this tool and bringing that vision to life. However, the user interface can become cluttered with too much information, causing items at the bottom of the lead tracking list to be easily overlooked. The biggest drawback is the lack of reporting functions, making it difficult to produce reports for clients. I chose monday-sales-crm over Asana for its superior customizability and broader focus beyond team collaboration. I switched from Pipedrive because monday-sales-crm offers everything Pipedrive does and much more.
