While some might see this as a price hike, I see it as a testament to the growing value of their service. Yes, their prices have increased, but so has the quality of their service. It's like they say, you get what you pay for. And with OneSignal, I'm getting a service that's worth every penny. I'm currently investing $1 every month in this service, and I can confidently say that it's money well spent. I could use that money for Facebook ad campaigns, but I've found that the return on investment with OneSignal is much higher. It's a premium service that delivers premium results, and I couldn't be happier with it.

However, they recently decreased the number of user tags for all plans. The SDK is bulky and occasionally causes the website to lag. There's no app, only a website. Since support is based in another country, it's nearly impossible for me to get any help. The vendor responded to my concerns, apologizing for the difficulties I experienced and mentioned their support team is based in the United States. They aim to respond to all support messages within 24 hours during the business week and help every client get successfully set up. They asked me to give them another chance.
