So far, the implementation and training team for Outreach have been fantastic. The product is dependable and has greatly improved our team's efficiency. It streamlines the process for my sales reps to act on leads by automating many steps that would otherwise be manual, freeing them up to focus on other areas. Outreach is highly customizable, but the setup is complex and not just "plug and play". It takes some time to get used to all the features. We switched to Outreach because we needed a system that was more robust than Groove.

I've been using Outreach for nearly two years now and I must say, it's a program with great intentions. The customer service may have its off days, but they've always directed us to their comprehensive knowledge center which is a treasure trove of information. My team and I have been working on implementing it since we purchased it and it's been quite a journey. What I appreciate about Outreach is their proactive approach when it comes to renewals. They're always on top of it, ensuring we don't miss out on any of the features. If you're someone who appreciates a hands-on approach before the sale and a self-service model post-sale, then this is definitely for you. I've come to realize that Outreach is all about empowering its users. Their motto seems to be Set it, and Forget it, encouraging us to take control and navigate the system ourselves. It's a refreshing change from the usual hand-holding approach. We even had the opportunity to speak with the CEO, which is not something you get with every company. It's clear that the commitment to customer satisfaction runs from top to bottom in this organization. All in all, I'd highly recommend Outreach. It's a solution that's worth exploring and there are so many features to discover. It's been a game-changer for us and I'm sure it will be for you too!

I find Outreach to be an excellent tool, although getting everyone on board has been a challenge. If used correctly, it can certainly enhance lead conversions and boost revenue. It's highly customizable and aids in better time management by automating mundane tasks, allowing me to concentrate on messaging and conversations. However, it can be a bit complicated to use if you're also utilizing other tools that perform similar functions. In my view, the best approach is to invest a significant amount of time upfront to tailor the functionality to your needs and use it as your main tool for prospecting. I chose Outreach for its features and reputation. I switched from ToutApp, which was basically a mass email tool that turned our SDRs into spammers.

Now, Outreach automates emails and updates prospect statuses automatically, saving a lot of time. However, there is a steep learning curve due to the tool's various nuances that require training. The sequences feature is what makes Outreach so powerful, as it allows me to time, automate, and send various emails to prospects using custom variables for a personalized touch. My role requires me to send mass volumes of emails to specific personas at various B2B companies, and Outreach has saved me a lot of time by allowing me to load multiple people into a sequence and send it out. Outreach also functions as a CRM that tracks all communications, and its custom filters allow for specific targeting and tailoring. However, it does require some training to fully understand how to use it.
