      After researching several platforms, I decided that it would take a lot for me to switch from ReviewTrackers. This platform offers more tools than its competitors and at a lower price, providing excellent value. The two features I appreciate most are the ability to collect all the reviews I need to respond to in one place and the easy-to-produce metrics that I can share with my team. However, while Google reviews populate quickly, reviews from other sites, especially Yelp, take longer. If a review requires immediate attention, I often respond via email alert as I've missed responding in a timely manner waiting for ReviewTrackers to update. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me for the five-star rating and acknowledging the need to improve the speed of detecting reviews. They also expressed their commitment to delivering "crazy" value, which I believe they do. They thanked me for my business and expressed their eagerness to continue adding value to my business.

They offered to guide me through their training materials again and urged me to contact their Customer Success team for further help.

      I appreciate being able to view all our online reviews in one place with ReviewTrackers. It's useful for me to report to our team daily or weekly, depending on their preference. I don't need to visit each social platform individually to assess our performance. I think the software serves our needs well. However, I wish it could track Angie's List and allow responses directly from the platform, enabling full communication tracking for specific reviews. Currently, when I try to respond to a review, it redirects me to Google Maps, which is inconvenient. The vendor responded to my feedback, appreciating it and suggesting that I reach out to my account manager to utilize their Google integration for responding within the dashboard. They also encouraged me to contact their support team for further assistance in achieving our online reputation and review goals.
