When I initially began using Sparkpost with Wordpress, they provided a generous 200,000 free emails per month, which was more than sufficient for my needs. The integration process was simple using SMTP. I now also use Sparkpost for my cashback site, particularly when I need to send a large volume of emails. The integration was straightforward - I simply added my domain, verified records, and was ready to go with SMTP. It was easy to set up and they now offer more affordable plans. However, they have decreased the number of free emails and I sometimes face issues with integrating .in domains, as it states TLD not allowed. I'm unsure why this is the case since it's a global TLD. Consequently, I had to use a .net domain. Additionally, there's no direct email process from the dashboard. I opted for SparkPost because they offered more free emails for startups. All that's needed is a free trial with more emails.

Unbeatable Cost, Yet Room for Usability Enhancement
I think the Sparkpost team is committed to improving their product and truly values their customers. Using Sparkpost is a no-brainer for anyone comfortable with API configuration. It's extremely reliable for transactional email sendings and the free plan provides great value. Some features of Sparkpost require API/programming knowledge to modify and can't be changed via the dashboard, but this is getting better.
