      Continually Improving!

      Front Desk has greatly saved me time, enabling me to concentrate on other tasks rather than being constantly on the phone. I'm less concerned about missing calls, knowing that Rep can handle any arising issues. My past experiences with call center answering services were unsatisfactory due to their lack of integration with our scheduling system and unfamiliarity with our business. Front Desk, on the other hand, offers a futuristic alternative that even our less tech-savvy clients find easy to use. I value its ease of use, the ability to write my own scripts, and the outstanding customer service. There were some initial glitches and errors, but most have been fixed. However, I'm still unable to view a transcript of a conversation, which can be difficult when following up with a client. I'm also not happy with the delay in forwarding voicemails. Despite these issues, I received a positive response from the vendor, who informed me that their recent Live Dashboard release allows customers to see chat transcripts.

      I really enjoyed using TrueLark. It was simple, affordable, and had an easy setup process. The customer service was excellent and immediate, always available without any wait time. The software seamlessly made bookings for me. The only downside is that it's text-only, so if someone calls from a landline and chooses not to leave a message, I can't assist them. I chose TrueLark because it fits my current needs. I switched from Ruby because, while it was good, it was too expensive and I was charged for all the intrusive spam calls. I appreciate the vendor's response and their gratitude for my review.
