I've had a great experience with Bloomreach. It's allowed us to send the right message to the right user at the right time thanks to its automation tool. It's also introduced new channels such as in-app messages and web pop-ups, which used to require our engineering team to create. The automation system enables fast and visible building of complex automations. However, there can be a steep learning curve when first using the tool. Despite a useful help center, sometimes solutions to issues aren't clear or easy to locate.

I find Bloomreach very helpful in automating all client lifecycle-related campaigns. It's a user-friendly platform that allows easy creation of scenarios and campaigns, setting logics, editing templates, and viewing automated dashboards for each campaign. The support team is quick and helpful. However, I sometimes find the reports feature overwhelming and not as user-friendly.

Unrivaled CDP Excellence with Bloomreach

Bloomreach is capable of meeting nearly all of our needs in our CDP system. It's easier to set up and run compared to its competitors, which require extensive knowledge. We can use Bloomreach across our entire company, from our call center to our board management, for data collection/reporting and improved customer service. A major advantage is its applicability in marketing. It's an amazing tool that's easy to use. I wish I knew more about its specific roadmap. If there's something missing on the platform, I'd like to suggest changes and be informed if these changes would be implemented in the next app release. However, this is a minor issue considering what Bloomreach can do for us in terms of SaaS. We chose Bloomreach because it's a Czech/Slovak company with excellent reviews and a great setup time to money ratio.

Elevating Campaign Management with Bloomreach!

I enjoy using Bloomreach as it's a self-service tool that allows me to access our customer data without relying on IT. The platform offers endless possibilities for orchestration, given the right conditions. I value its flexibility and find the documentation very useful. The dashboards are visually appealing and I appreciate Bloomreach's innovative approach, which often sets trends that we can explore and leverage. They are receptive to our feedback and I'm keen on exploring their minimalist approach. However, as an insurance company, we need more integrations for other communication channels like phone calls and post. I would also like to see more detailed insights into multichannel orchestration for offline communications. While we can adjust our campaigns, I would appreciate more guidance from Bloomreach on how to do this. Our partner agency assists with our integrations and ongoing processes. I completed the Academy fundamentals course, but was disappointed with the tutor's knowledge.

Bloomreach: Our Company's Ultimate Tool!

I find Bloomreach to be an excellent tool with numerous capabilities and features that I enjoy, especially webhooks. I am excited about the upcoming Q4 roadmap and the new features it will bring. I appreciate the transparency in reporting and the ability to customize it to our company's needs. However, I find Bloomreach to be quite complex, making it challenging to focus our efforts. I wish the SDK could support more apps per instance and that out-of-the-box solutions were available. I also believe there's room for more jinja implementation. As an experienced user, I find some limitations in managing instances and wish I could download the reporting.
