Daily Usage Experience with Bullhorn
I appreciate Bullhorn's functionality that lets me access a person's LinkedIn page from contacts. I acknowledge its complexity, but I find it slow to use. I switched to Bullhorn ATS & CRM due to a change in my company/employer. In my view, Bullhorn is far superior to less annoying CRM.

I have been using Bullhorn for over ten years now, which has supported the growth of my business from a team of 3 to over 2 people across three countries. Although Bullhorn is an off-the-shelf product and has its limitations, I find the platform to be very dynamic and adaptable to most of our business needs. My biggest advice for anyone considering using this platform is to clearly define what you want to achieve from the start, as making changes later can lead to more legacy challenges.

It produces useful reports once you comprehend the "behind the scenes".
