So far, Campaigner has been the best email marketing software I've used, allowing us to automate communications to our patients quickly and effectively. I must also praise Campaigner's responsive customer service and support teams. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues we encounter, which is rare in the software industry. However, we do frequently experience issues with the SMTP email relay function, which is part of the package we pay for. We chose Campaigner over Mailchimp due to the latter's virtually non-existent support team. We prioritize customer service when it comes to software. We switched to Campaigner from DemandForce, SolutionReach, and DoctorConnect, all of which were clunky, not user-friendly, and outdated.
