      Fantastic Start with Delighted

      I found the tool easy to understand just by browsing the website, which gave me the confidence to request an exact budget before starting my 7-day trial. I value the self-help resources and the transparency in plan and pricing comparisons. The self-serve onboarding, high-quality help center documentation, responsive and friendly support, and intuitive analytics and reporting are all top-notch. I'm unsure if we'll be able to use the tool for complete custom feedback surveys, but that might be because I haven't tried yet. I'm still in the trial phase and have been actively looking for issues after struggling with another survey solution for months, but I haven't found any yet. I switched to Delighted because we wanted to place NPS surveys in multiple places and manage and report on each one individually. The previous solution's analytics were lacking, and I had to aggregate everything and do line-by-line sentiment analysis in a spreadsheet. I even had to manually calculate the NPS scores.
