My journey with elmo-software has been quite an adventure, even through multiple car changes. The real excitement began when we returned our last car without a replacement. We were surprised to find an additional charge for wear and tear, despite the car only having minor scratches, which were well within the fair wear and tear guidelines and even less than previous cars we had returned. It was intriguing to see how they calculated these charges and their promptness in involving a debt collector was impressive. Their customer service was unique and certainly left a lasting impression.
