The product didn't meet my expectations. After contacting the company, they graciously offered to send me a free alternative. However, when I explained I needed it for Christmas, they refunded me instead. The customer service was commendable and they were willing to work with me to resolve the issue. Namely has been a great help in managing our workforce, employee engagement, payroll, benefits, and talent management. It's a fantastic platform for HR, Payroll, and benefits management, aiding in the creation of better workplaces that can adapt to small to mid-size businesses and comply with various work regulations. The only issue I've faced is occasional problems with syncing employee data to Namely due to API call handling. I hope this will be addressed in the next update.

Excellent Service
Despite initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, I decided to purchase from Namely because of their unique designs. I was pleasantly surprised when the stickers arrived quickly, even though I'm in Ireland. I had a question upon receiving my order and found their customer service to be very accessible and helpful, responding within a few hours. I would highly recommend Namely.
