Quality System, Affordable & Customer-Focused
The sales promises for APS Payroll were high, but the reality exceeded my expectations. It's superior to most systems I've tried. Given its price, functionality, and delivery, it's a suitable system for small to medium-sized employers. The additional options enhance the system in my opinion. It's very user-friendly and the layout is easy to navigate. It's also accessible on mobile devices. Customization can be a bit challenging, but the company is open to collaboration, although it may take time to develop any custom features, if they're available at all. I primarily chose APS Payroll because of its cost. Overall, the system fulfilled our needs. We switched to APS Payroll for updates and upgrades. I appreciate the positive response from the vendor and I'm pleased that our payroll processes have been simplified with their unified platform. I look forward to continuing to have a great experience with APS.

Enjoying the Convenience of Consolidated Data
I really value APS-Payroll as it handles almost everything I need in a single program. Being the only department for three small companies with around 120 employees, I require a tool that keeps me organized and on task, and APS does exactly that. I enjoy having payroll, benefits, reviews, and more all in one place, accessible to multiple people, which simplifies completion and reduces time and paperwork. However, being in Washington state, there are some new things that APS doesn't yet provide, requiring workarounds. Also, the setup and style of performance management tools feel a bit outdated, but we've found workarounds for that too. I initially switched to APS Payroll because of cost, but as I reviewed different programs, I realized I could get more functionality for about the same or slightly less cost. When I factored in the time savings for me and our managers, the savings were even greater. I appreciate the vendor's positive response and look forward to continuing my great experience.

Exceptional Support Team, Swift and Personable Service
I am extremely satisfied with APS-Payroll. Their payroll fees are significantly lower than my previous full-service accounting firm. Any questions or issues I have are resolved within a business day by their very helpful support team. The website interface is user-friendly and I can complete the monthly payroll in about 10 clicks. I compared APS with several other online payroll firms before making the switch and I'm glad I chose them. I can't think of any downsides, especially considering the low price for such professional service. I chose APS Payroll for its price, features, ease of use, and excellent support team. Since switching to APS, I've saved over 70% on my monthly service fees. The vendor responded positively to my review in November 2019, expressing appreciation and hoping for my continued satisfaction with their service.

Outstanding Platform and Exceptional Team
I've had a fantastic experience with APS. I find the platform user-friendly and the staff a pleasure to work with. What truly sets APS apart from others is their people. However, the GL implementation can be a bit cumbersome and time-consuming. I chose APS Payroll because I liked the platform and the comprehensive end-to-end solution it provided, as well as its integration with Intacct. I switched to APS Payroll in search of a more modern platform and a complete HR/Payroll solution. I appreciate the positive response from the vendor and I'm glad to see their top-rated support team providing timely and responsive attention. I value their constructive feedback and hope to continue having a great experience with APS.

Transitioning from ADP to APS: A Game Changer for HRIS
APS has surpassed my expectations. The recruitment/hiring feature has saved me significant time in onboarding, and I've found it fantastic to have a seamless transfer of employee data into payroll. Recently, APS managed to set up EDI feeds with most of our benefit carriers, which has further reduced my data entry tasks. I appreciate the ability to customize the software quickly and easily, and the customer service has been prompt and knowledgeable in assisting with any required customization. The software functions exactly as promised. However, I wish APS would draft our bank account for the total sum of the garnishment checks each payroll and then issue the individual checks from their account. Currently, APS cuts individual garnishment checks from our bank account each week, which results in extra weekly admin on our company accounting side. I chose APS Payroll over Paycom because it offered all the functionality we needed at a more reasonable price. We switched from ADP because our relationship manager failed to show us the value in staying with them. I appreciate APS.
