CallPage - A Letdown
My experience with Callpage was overall disappointing. It began well with an affordable and attractive product, but they gradually decreased support and services without warning. Now, it doesn't even resemble the product I paid for. I feel the founders have lost focus on their customer base and unique selling proposition.

Crucial for Our Lead Generation Efforts
I find CallPage extremely easy to set up and it's crucial for our business as it enhances our reachability. However, the leads generated through CallPage are our least qualified - we only get the phone number without any additional information like interest, industry, company size etc. Despite this, they convert exceptionally well due to the low barrier for the user. We tried to create leads in Salesforce, but it was challenging due to duplicate checks and ultimately, the agent workload remained the same as when creating leads manually. This isn't ideal for tracking within Salesforce. The interface, while functional, can sometimes feel a bit clunky. We chose CallPage because of its competitive pricing and ease of testing and implementation.

We've noticed that our users prefer the convenience of a callback option over the traditional chat-based support on our website. This effective solution has significantly improved our response time and customer satisfaction. Initially, I was worried about the installation process as I'm not tech-savvy, but their step-by-step guides for different platforms made it simple. I was able to install it on the first try.
