I absolutely adore the feature that allows me to schedule social media posts in advance. This makes it convenient for our small business to stay active and relevant on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn. It also enables us, as a franchise location, to stay connected with the corporate office. Your Ultimate Digital Marketing Solution!
Out of all the digital marketing software I've used, SoCi is the closest to perfection. There are a few issues, such as the inconsistent Canva integration and the Peak Time scheduling feature always posting at 6:00 pm, but these could potentially be due to my own mistakes. SoCi combines all the features I've wanted from other software like Hootsuite, Chatmeter, and Mindstream into one package. It's the first social media scheduling software I've used that allows me to post to Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business simultaneously. There's a lot to learn to fully utilize the software, but the support staff is very helpful and there are many instructional videos available through "SoCi University". I switched to SoCi because the company offered an incentive. I appreciate the vendor's response and their offer to help resolve the issues I've encountered.
