Affordable and Powerful CRM Solution with Unique Features
I believe that amoCRM is an excellent company. They are modern enough to not be tied to outdated technology, yet experienced enough to know what they're doing. Their live chat support has been outstanding for us. It's the only CRM we've found that integrates with social media messaging, which many of our customers prefer. We used to use Facebook Messenger directly through our business page, but now we can manage these interactions within our CRM and transition them into texts and phone calls. The software is intuitive and has a great user interface. While there are many automotive-specific CRM tools available, they all seem outdated compared to amoCRM. However, the integration with Facebook is treated as a "bot" on their end, even though we have real people responding to customers through amoCRM. This means stricter rules are applied to our conversations from Facebook, and we've had the link shut down.

Streamlining Sales Management with Efficiency
I find the amocrm software easy to install, taking only a few minutes. As a user-focused software, I can add new users and adjust user management settings to protect data. The software integrates with other applications like Zapier, Zendesk, and Google applications to enhance workflow. The pipeline management is beneficial for analyzing salespeople's performance and keeping them aligned with targets. I can swiftly initiate a new campaign and inform all team members about their tasks. The multifunctional software interface aids in automating the salesforce. I can access the software on any device, with changes or edits instantly synchronized. However, I can't view statistics on my mobile phone. Exporting a large file takes a lot of time, and I can't export any raw data, including inbound or outbound calls. I believe more self-customization services would enhance the software's functionality.

Effortless and Beneficial: amoCRM
In my experience, amoCRM provides simplicity and ease in its operation. It's particularly effective for the sales department due to unique features like a scheduler, telephony integration, and site mail integration. Customizing the system is straightforward with API integration. I can manage my sales from anywhere globally using the user-friendly and convenient mobile app. One reason I chose amoCRM is its appealing pricing. If I need more functionality, I can use widgets from the settings menu. I favor amoCRM over other CRM systems for small and medium-sized businesses. It has an excellent API for customization and integration, simple integration with telephony, websites, emails, and other SaaS services and social networks. However, it has limited functions for customization in the graphical interface and is not ideal for complex and long-term sales.
