I especially value its ease of integration with external content like videos, help desk articles, and webpages into our custom walkthroughs. One of the standout features of WalkMe is its ability to let our Customer Success and UX teams execute detailed user education without the need for extensive involvement from our engineering team. In my experience, user education often takes a backseat to new feature development and bug fixes. With WalkMe, we can swiftly implement changes without the need to involve the entire company. However, WalkMe is a comprehensive platform and mastering all its functionalities can be time-consuming. Unless you're skilled in JavaScript and CSS, you might find it challenging to get the jQuery selectors.
